Excellent Stay Near the Arena

The location was ideal, near Piazza Bra and shopping streets. The staff was helpful. They provided restaurant recommendations and train schedules. I appreciated that I could drop off my bags early and leave them on my departure day. The breakfast had many options (especially I liked the sweets and salty products).
The entrance was a little difficult to identify, since it's in an alley.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

The room was quite small, with limited space to store luggage. i also found the bathroom cramped and difficult to move around in. breakfast felt a bit subpar for a 3-star hotel. The fruit selection seemed more for show than actual consumption. finally, the air conditioning was running, but adjusting it from the room had no effect, resulting in a less than ideal night.
